Since 2007 we are practicing the philosophy of natural agriculture to grow our grapes. So we banned pesticides, artificial fertilizers and other chemical products.
We work our wines mainly with our hands to ensure that the eye of the farmer can treat every single vine with respect.
We rediscovered and applied old fashion ways to work the ground and the vineyard to give it back is own natural balance.

Since 2008 we are officially in certification process as Organic farm under the control of the ICEA institute.
